The West Chester~Union Township Historical Society welcomes donations of historically relevant items that may further the preservation of our shared history.

Anyone wishing to donate any items, photographs, books, documents, furniture, etc. can contact us by emailing westchesterhistory@gmail.com , or by calling (513) 874-4373. 

-No gift may be accepted with the understanding that it is to be permanently exhibited.
-No collection may be accepted with the understanding that it is to be kept intact.
-The Historical Society retains the right to dispose of gifts in order to bring about adjustments under changing conditions, whether by donation to other museums, sales or exchange.
-The donor or his heirs may not reclaim a gift to the Historical Society.
-Permission is granted for the Historical Society to the use of any written material and or transcribed tape interviews, provided the proper credit is given.
-Appraisal of items for tax deduction purposes must be secured independently by the donor. The Historical Society cannot make appraisals or in any way indicate the dollar value of a gift to the Historical Society.
-All gifts to the historical Society become the property of the West Chester~Union Township Historical Society.
